6. File Uploads and Processing

When you upload files to DocFlow:

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the files
• You grant DocFlow a license to process your files solely to provide the requested conversion services
• DocFlow will delete processed files within 24 hours
• You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your original files
• DocFlow is not liable for any loss of or damage to files

7. Free vs. Paid Services

DocFlow offers both free and premium (paid) services. Free services are subject to usage limitations. Premium services may require payment for additional features or higher usage limits. Pricing and terms for premium services are displayed at the point of purchase.

8. Termination

DocFlow may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DocFlow operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
